A wealth of experience and passion for the industry, Mandy Yoder uses a people first approach to her real estate business
We are so pleased to announce that Associate Broker Mandy Yoder has affiliated with our company and will be working out of our Lynnhaven Office.
Mandy has been in the residential real estate business for over 37 years and actually began her career with Womble Realty. She was previously a Managing Broker where she was responsible for not only helping agents build their own strong personal real estate business but also office management and agent development. Being with another non-competing broker was important for her when seeking out a new real estate company.
“Mandy brings a level of experience and consistent production to our company,” says Ron Foresta, President of Resale for Rose & Womble Realty. “Her knowledge of product and our market is what sets her apart.”
Focusing on building her business in the Great Neck, North End, and Pungo areas, Mandy is focusing on bringing back a personal touch to the real estate profession.
“Too many agents are relying on electronic ways to keep in touch with clients. I really believe in a personal, hands on approach. It really is a lost art that I think younger agents aren’t using to really build their businesses,” Mandy says.
Real estate is in the family blood – her husband is a successful builder and her son Mike Yoder is also an agent with Rose & Womble. When she isn’t helping a first time home buyer or a repeat client, sometimes for the third time, Mandy can be found enjoying horseback riding and gardening.
“My favorite part of this business is working with first time home buyers and finding solutions with difficult listings.”
Mandy has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Virginia Wesleyan College and is a member of the Hampton Roads REALTOR Association. She also has Graduate of REALTORS Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Certified Residential Broker designations. She is a multiple Gold Level Circle of Excellence Award winner and was a Salesperson of the Year for the Hampton Roads REALTOR Association.
