Visitors Discover Olde Towne Charm at Brokers Open

Ryan Benton and Sue Sanders, REALTORS© from our Harbour View/Suffolk office held a lovely afternoon brokers open at the beautiful home at 106 London Street in Olde Towne Portsmouth. Ryan has several listings in the area, and is a proud resident of the Olde Towne section. Members of the Portsmouth Commonwealth’s Attorney office and other local leaders stopped by to tour the home.

Guests were greeted by Portsmouth’s Colonel Crawford who founded the city in 1752, and were treated to historical antidotes. Crawford was a wealthy merchant and ship owner who, at various times, held office as the Norfolk County presiding court judge, high sheriff, militia lieutenant colonel, and representative of the House of Burgesses.

The home, built in 1820, features six working fireplaces, covered outdoor space, an in-law suite, and master bedroom with bath.  It is currently listed for $459,000
