As if that isn’t cool enough, each new construction builder that participates in the program sponsors the dog by paying for its adoption fees once a suitable owner is found! Jen is 100% committed to finding people and pets their forever homes in Hampton Roads and beyond! She has five dogs of her own at home, and each one is a very special member of the Barkan household!
This week, we picked up Liam, a small, black Chihuahua from the Norfolk SPCA. Liam is about a year old and he was surrendered by a family who had a tree fall on their home. He is an adorable little couch dog that loves to snuggle! Liam is well behaved, pretty well potty trained, and is looking for the right family! Liam is at the Norfolk SPCA – please go visit him! He will surely steal your heart and add joy to your holiday season! After picking up Liam, we jumped on the road and headed to Gloucester Point right over the water.
