Rose & Womble Realty Company is happy to announce the arrival of Liz Harrison to our company as the assistant broker for our Beach Office. Liz previously worked for the company as a resale agent at our Chesapeake Office for 12 years before leaving to pursue a manager role at another firm. We are so excited to welcome Liz back into our family of companies.
Liz’s professional career as a real estate agent began when she and her husband were property investors. They would “flip houses” and Liz was encouraged by their friend and Rose & Womble agent Barbara Pitt to become a sales agent herself.
“Barbara just spoke so highly about the company and Karen [Gaskins, Managing Broker] that it became obvious that I should become an agent and work there,” says Liz.
Liz left to pursue a manager’s role but is excited to come back to RW. The timing was perfect for her family.
“My mother has some health concerns and I needed to be closer to her. Working at the Beach office has allowed me the opportunity to continue the work I love but still be there for her,” Liz says. “Plus I can walk to work.”
Liz is a Hampton Roads native, and holds several real estate designations including the ABR, GRI, and SFR.
