Our New Homes Specialist, Jen Barkan, is proud to host a weekly social media chat called #AskJenLive! Each week, Jen brings an adoptable dog with her while she features an available new home or new homes community. As if that isn’t cool enough, each new homes builder sponsors the dog by paying for its adoption fees once a suitable owner is found!
This week, #AskJenLive visited the Townhomes at Warrington Hall in Chesapeake, VA.
Here is Jen’s recap from her travels:
Meet Sandee!!! This sweet baby is at the Norfolk SPCA No-Kill Adoption Center & Veterinary Clinics and she wants to find a new home! She’s a 2 to 3-year-old spunky Chihuahua mix. She needs a special person to look after her, as she has a little neurological issue. It doesn’t slow her down though! Won’t you be her forever family?
About the Area:
This community is full of green spaces and plenty to do outside. There is a pool, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, a walking trail and gardens with benches to get in touch with nature, plus only minutes away to plenty of shopping and dining!
About the Homes:
Today’s featured home is already fully loaded with hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, and more. We are also adding $2,000 of buyer’s choice (washer/dryer, HOA/condo fees, etc)!
About the Builder:
The Townhomes at Warrington Hall are built by Corinth Residential, who have been building quality homes and developing neighborhoods in Virginia and North Carolina since 1963. With 12 awards under their tool belts, owners Alex and Pete Kotarides continue to develop a reputation for quality, value, and craftsmanship along with customer satisfaction.
