Art Zachary visits Advance Title and Greenbrier Office

Leadership Staying In Front with Our Team

Art Zachary, President, COO, and CEO of Rose & Womble Realty Company spent some time last week visiting the sales and training meetings of Advance Title & Abstract and Greenbrier Resale Offices.

He spoke to our team members about how well he thought the two were working and how the company as a whole is moving forward a

s the only large real estate company in Hampton Roads that is locally owned and independent from a national franchise or company.

“I get calls often from other companies wanting us to sell. I tell them that we’re happy in our position and especially with our people,” said Zachary.

Advance Title is a major partner with Rose & Womble and they consistently receive top reviews from clients.  Zachary happily sang the praises of this division in front of their Vice President, Debbie Ferguson.

“You all work so hard.  I was able to read some of the reviews and boy I’m just so glad we have such a great group of professionals working with us,” said Zachary

Zachary also spoke about the growing efforts of Rose & Womble’s Charitable Arm, The Rose & Womble Foundation – and he spoke about the automatic donation program the company has set up. Agents and employees are able to set up an automatic donation from closings or paychecks and that money goes directly to the Foundation’s General Fund.

“Ten dollars will never seem like a lot for you, but when we add it up together we can do amazing things. Last year the Foundation was able to donate money to Vanguard landing and Gold Star Moms – both of those organizations were suggestions from our agents,” said Zachary.

“We want this organization to be useful for causes locally in Hampton Roads, but we need all hands on deck.”
