The ABR helps real estate agents to represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed. The course also offers ideas and methods for building a buyer representation business and helps REALTORS® develop a self-customized tool for conducting a buyer counseling session.
Ann wanted the designation to enhance her skills when working with buyers, plus she believes in the importance of continuing education for real estate professionals.
“As an Accredited Buyer Representative I feel that my continued education and knowledge will provide me with updated information in the ever changing real estate field so that I may better represent my clients with outstanding professional services,” said Ann.
Ann had to attend classes and take a final examination as a requirement for earning her ABR.
