Rose & Womble New Homes is pleased to be part of the 2015 Tidewater Builders Association’s annual Homearama but this year everything is different. The 2015 Homearama Touring Edition is a self-guided tour of new homes communities using the app Parade Craze. Over 50 homes are included in the tour, including several Rose & Womble New Home Communities including:

Homearama Touring Edition will be held on three consecutive four-day weekends beginning Thursday October 15th through Sunday November 1st. Each home will be open noon to 6:00pm each day. As with every Homearama, each weekend will feature events, food, and entertainment related to a theme.
- Fall Festival – October 15th – October 18th
- Oktoberfest – October 22nd – October 25th
- Team Tail Gate Party – October 29th – November 1st
To get access to all the fun you’ll need to do the following:
- Download Parade Craze – a FREE mobile App that gives you turn-by-turn driving directions to each house on the tour. You will also be able to post reviews and comments about each home.
- Purchase your Unlimited Tour Pass for only $10.00 – this will allow you to fully participate in the activities and events during Homearama.
