We are pleased to announce the opening of a new resale office in the city of Hampton, Virginia. This is the second Peninsula office for our company, which also has a resale and property management office in the City Center section of Newport News. We are committed to being the LOCAL real estate resource throughout Hampton Roads, and an additional office will allow to continue our mission.

The new office is located inside the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS® building on Campus Parkway. The location is ideal because it is close to Langley Air Force Base and Coliseum Central.
The Managing Broker of the Hampton office will be Dale Chandler. Mr. Chandler is currently the Managing Broker of the Peninsula Office and has been in real estate since 2000. Mr. Chandler joined Rose & Womble in the Spring of 2014, where he has increased the number of agents and home sales.
