We are very pleased to announce that our own New Home Online Sales Consultant, Jen Barkan aka ‘Ask Jen’ was named the 2016 Gold Award Winner at The Nationals in Las Vegas. The Nationals are the new home construction industry awards presented annually by the National Association of Home Builders Sales and Marketing Council at the International Builders Show.
Jen was selected because “she is a poster child for the Online Sales Specialist Role” according to The ‘Nationals’ selection committee. Jen was selected for not only providing amazing value and service to her builders but also because of her work in the community, including her “Ask Jen Live” online segments.
‘The Nationals’ salutes and honors the best in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity, and endurance.
Rose & Womble’s New Homes Division received Silver Awards in two additional categories: Sales Manager of the Year for Dianne Gordonn, and Sales Team of the Year for Julie Scott and Deloris Morgan. 
Silver Award winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award.
“The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovation in new home design, marketing, and sales,” said Christy Beck, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination, and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.”
Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing, The Nationals award program continues to recognize superior new homes sales and marketing achievements. With 57 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry.
