As if that isn’t cool enough, each new homes builder sponsors the dog by paying for its adoption fees once a suitable owner is found!

Meet Lula, from the Norfolk SPCA! She’s 6 years young, a Sharpei mix, and is looking for a buddy to hang with! She LOVES people and would be a wonderful companion.

Virginia Beach, Virginia city code 6-5 say doggies aren’t technically allowed on the beach during the summer months, but we just had to let Lula Bear see the ocean! Lula is the sweetest meatball pup and was so well-behaved on our tour of Shadowlawn North. She even has a few tricks up her collar! You can meet her at the Norfolk SPCA No-Kill Adoption Center & Veterinary Clinics! Will you be Lula’s forever home?!
