Each week, Jen brings an adoptable dog with her while she features an available new home or new homes community. As if that isn’t cool enough, each new homes builder sponsors the dog by paying for its adoption fees once a suitable owner is found!

Feeling fabulous with this little girl today! Meet Star! She’s a 9 yr old Yorkie who’s looking for a good home. Her life long owner surrendered her recently. She’s a sweet girl and deserves a fabulous new life!
Today Star and I will be touring Shadowlawn North at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. This beautiful community is just blocks from the beach and on a cul-de-sac! Walk or ride your bike to the boardwalk, restaurants, events and more!
Star is excited to see our condos at the beach!
About the Area:
Residents at Shadowlawn North on 12th Street get to enjoy the beach life! Only a few blocks away are the beach and the boardwalk. I’m pretty sure this is Star’s first look at the ocean.
Located off of 12th street, there are beautiful views of the nearby marinas at Shadowlawn North!
